Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars ($AUD).

 

If you are wishing to order a larger quantity of books, please message me through the Contact page as a discounted price may be available.

Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal or using your credit card. No credit card information is stored on my computer or server.

 

Payments may also be via direct deposit. Please message me through the Contact page to arrange this payment option. It may take a few days to verify that funds have been deposited and books will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received after five working days. 

 

Cheques and money orders are not accepted.

 

If you represent a business or institution that would prefer to pay on an invoice, please contact me through the Contact page and I will generate one for you.

 

Shipping

Shipping is available within Australia. I endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment from Mackay, Queensland. Shipping is provided by regular Australia Post and is based on weight. The price will be calculated in the cart.

Free local pick up is available in Mackay, Warwick and the Gold Coast. If selecting this option, it must have been arranged prior to purchase.

 

International Shipping

Please message me through the Contact page for a custom shipping quote for international orders.

 

Cancellation

Orders may cancelled or amended prior to shipment. Cancellation of your order in its entirety will attract a 5% processing fee, based on the total transaction amount (book(s) and shipping). PayPal do not refund merchant fees charged to me and I cannot carry these costs. This amount will be calculated and subtracted from your refund.

 

Damaged Books

In the unfortunate event that your book(s) have arrived damaged, please contact me at your earliest convenience. I am happy to exchange your book(s) within 30 days of purchase if there is damage. Please message me through the Contact page to process your return.

 

Gift Vouchers

At this stage, I am unable to offer gift vouchers.
